UX Group - User Testing Four Designs
Learning From Students: Usability testing the new Adelaide University course home page. We tested four designs (current, numbered variant, Dynamic Home, and course info patterns) with 42 students. One-on-one testing proved most valuable; results are now shaping the template and navigation.

Personal Professional Development — Course Design (ENTREP1002)
A full design and build of ENTREP1002 Personal Professional Development: aligning outcomes, assessments and weekly learning to help students form a professional identity and portfolio. Deliverables included course alignment, personas and narrative, UX copy, assessment exemplars, and data visualisation upgrades. Collaboration across academics, learning designers and media resulted in a coherent, visual, week-by-week student experience.

Everyday tools for the online Learning Designer
A practical intro talk linking UX methods to online Learning Design (LX). We showed how to map & sequence content, design interactions, use H5P, and apply usability, schema theory and cognitive load. Attendance was low (torrential rain + light promo), which became a key lesson—great content still needs great distribution.

Humanitech brief: empower communities via technology in the face of climate change. We focused on food delivery riders working in extreme heat and prototyped wellness features inside an existing rider app. Research → concepts → mid-fi → client feedback → hi-fi + testing, with clear learnings and next steps.

A ground-up rethink of the OUA orientation sequence: evaluate the current experience, co-design with students, prototype in Figma, and iterate from real feedback. Outcomes: clearer home/orientation hub, streamlined navigation, stronger wayfinding (cue boxes), and an implementation blueprint for the media/LMS teams.
